Preventive maintenance keeps systems running longer and saves money on emergency repairs. We offer routine inspections, filter changes, refrigerant checks, and seasonal tune-ups for residential and commercial equipment. Regular maintenance extends equipment life, improves efficiency, and catches small problems before they become expensive failures.
-
Not sure what's wrong? We perform static pressure testing, capacitor diagnostics, refrigerant charge verification, and motor winding analysis to pinpoint the real problem—not just guess.
-
Lower your cooling costs and improve comfort. We perform energy audits to identify inefficiencies, then implement solutions—insulation upgrades, air sealing, ductwork repair, and envelope improvements that reduce strain on your HVAC system. Better envelope performance means your equipment runs less, costs less, and lasts longer. We handle everything from assessment to completion.
COMMON QUESTIONS
HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE SERVICE OUR AIR CONDITIONER?
1
We recommend seasonal maintenance—typically spring before cooling season starts and fall before heating. Regular tune-ups catch small problems early, improve efficiency, and extend equipment life. Emergency repairs are always available, but preventive maintenance saves money in the long run.
dO WE OFFER 24/7 SERVICE?
2
Yes. We respond to emergency cooling calls throughout Lee and Collier Counties. Call us when your AC fails on a hot day or your commercial refrigeration goes down—we prioritize fast response to get you back to comfort quickly.
Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
3
It depends on age, efficiency, and repair history. We perform honest diagnostics and give you both options with clear pricing. If your system is over 10-15 years old and requiring frequent repairs, replacement usually makes financial sense. We'll walk you through the decision.
Why does my AC not keep up in Summer?
4
Several things can cause this: low refrigerant charge, dirty coils or filters restricting airflow, ductwork leaks, poor insulation or air sealing in your home, an undersized system, or internal compressor problems. We perform comprehensive diagnostics—static pressure testing, refrigerant checks, and system performance analysis—to find the real cause and recommend the right fix. Sometimes it's a simple maintenance issue; other times your envelope needs efficiency upgrades to reduce the load on your system.
